We started HRxP because too many great businesses were tripping over the same people problems.
They were hiring without structure. Firing without process. Leading with good intentions but getting stuck in grey areas…and paying for it.
We knew there was a better way. So we built it. Today, we work with growing businesses to take HR off their plate - strategically, smartly, and without a shred of window dressing

Nandita founded HRxP after years of watching business owners struggle with challenges that could have been avoided with the right support. She brings decades of HR expertise, a mind wired for commercial results, and a talent for calming chaos - with clarity and cheeky humour.
Nandita’s superpower? Turning HR overwhelm into “finally, someone who gets it.”
When she is not helping businesses lead better, she is usually on a plane, chasing sunshine, or making excellent food disappear.
